Wow. I remember this happening to an Amazon game that was also long in development. They took it offline and explored other options, the option was to bin it. I can see it happening here even after they put it on Ps Plus or go F2P. It will have that temporary boost but it doesn't have the legs. |

I would never play an online game like this beyond an hour or two so I was never the target market, but this whole story has made me quite sad for the devs involved. |

I'm likely to watch the video, want one, then realise I really don't need one.
Increased storage would be a bonus, but I already added in an extra M2. I have a few discs, so lack of a drive would be a step back. A little extra graphical horsepower is always welcome, but I struggle to notice the difference between performance and visual modes most of the time when actually playing.

It's not going to happen but it'd be quite nice if it had two M2 slots.
I expect some more grunt as we've already been teased and a bigger internal SSD but for most people it probably won't be a must buy.
Given the plates that already exist for the slim will apparently fit so will the drive if there's not one in the box.

9 minutes isn't a great amount of time to really show off something like this. If it just tells everyone what we already know without showing off the actual effect in games that would just be silly.

I will get it eventually. What is the point of buying it right now, when everything I've played that will be 'boosted', rather than a new game that will be showcased. A killer app would perhaps be the dangling carrot.
