It did seem utterly bizarre that he behaved like there wasn't an issue, so that makes sense. Suspending licences over unpaid debts is truly some Russia level shit, there really has been no thought given to that law.

I believe it was clarified in the news that it was due to the fact that her dad was angry about the poor way the school had dealt with the daughter being bullied. Yes, he should not have done what he did but I understand the mindset. However there is the revelation that the school in question has some massive issues with racism, more specifically Neo Nazism. |
