It looks ok, but it doesn't look very 'jaguar'.
Though, given their recent sales, I guess that's the point.

I'm not really a car guy but I don't mind the styling there.

It looks futuristic in the sense that it looks like what someone in the 80s thought the future would look like. E.g. Cyberpunk but with no sense of irony.

Elon Musk and Extreme Republican Americans like this. With all that "woke" marketing? Not a chance.

Looks like a Cyberpunk 2077 car It reminds of the Batman: The Animated Series batmobile. Sorry to those who dislike it but I kinda dig it.

That’s what I was thinking of!
I knew it reminded me of a Hot Wheels car my boy has but couldn’t work out which and its the Batmobile. Thank you.
I quite like it but obviously its not a trad Jag or something that looks remotely like it should exist in real life.

Like the side, hate the front 🤮 Same. Opened the page thinking I don't see what all the fuss is about, then scrolled down a bit and vomited in my mouth.

What the article doesn't mention is how safe 'treated sewage' is or isn't.
In theory, treated sewage should be safe and basically just water. So releasing it into rivers shouldn't really be an issue. But in that case, why are there limits on how much can be released into protected areas?

And even if that’s what treated sewage is supposed to be, its not like the recent record of big water companies fills you with confidence that they’ve actually done it

I don't know anything about Tortoise Media other than what's on their wikipedia page, but they don't *sound* like a bad fit. Not sure The Guardian is doing much with the Observer name anyway, is it?

Yeah I think the history and the name of the Observer means a lot more to those journalists than the actual reading public. Who basically go "huh isn't it just the Guardian on Sunday?"

That is pretty fucked up. "Reasonable notice" is the test. Dunno if case law has determined that a week is the limit of reasonableness. Water Co's have increased rights presumably because of the need to provide clean water and sanitation.

Tortoise Media podcasts are superb, I can think of less reputable organisations to be associated with.
