I recommend that Netflix stops suggesting other things to watch with an incredibly annoying pop-in slideshow, just because I have had to pause something for more than 5 seconds.
And if this Russian propanganda thing is real, I'm cancelling anyway.

The Silent Sea
Korean series about people going to the moon. The girl from Sense8 is in it.
It looks very good, but is truly terrible. The general plot is more than fine, but the details really bring it down. Poor continuity, random events that have no reason and don't go anywhere, it'll a huge mess.

Has anyone started that Guardians of Justice thing? It looks interesting but also like it might be a better idea for a trailer than an actual show I didn't really get on with it. It's feels like a forced mashup of cheap looking live action mixed with reasonable animation and odd references to video game graphics which feel out of place but are there just because. Results in a kinda jumbled hyperactive feel that I don't think really works that well. That acting isn't too great too but I have no idea if that's deliberate or not as a part of the general superhero deconstruction. |

I hope Metal Lords is as good as I hope it's going to be.
That's a lot of hope considering it's coming from the guys who either made or ruined Game of Thrones, depending on your perspective.
Looks fun anyway.

Done in that absolutely horrid game show style that Americans use to ruin cooking shows so at its basis it is fundamentally annoying. The concept is good though and the bakers are quite talented, a good one when you don't want to think too hard.

So, the best thing on netflix last two years ago was Teenage Bounty Hunters, but I'm apparently the only one who watched it so it got cancelled after one season.
Life sucks.
I recommended it on the old forum and everyone studiously ignored me, so I'm gonna recommend it here anyway.
Nice balance of comedy and drama. Clueless, if the main character was a surprisingly competent pair of bounty hunters.

20 minutes into the Secret Life of Hitler and I've found out he had explosive flatulence, freakishly underdeveloped genitals and a missing ball.
I mean I'm not a massive fan of Hitler but this feels a bit unfair.
