I thought the AitD teaser was pretty cool. It’s very much on my radar now. Could be a good Halloween this year with AW2 and this if they both turn out pretty decent.

Aye, although the usual UE4 stuttering was kinda evident. But then again, I was playing on a laptop below minimum specs, and still it run pretty well on 900p and high settings at 30fps. Besides, I should have my PC again by the end of October (and hopefully sooner) so that wouldn't be an issue anyway. |

Is The Bunker that FMV game? I found it dreadfully dreary. It's no Pandora Directive The new Amnesia game is subtitled The Bunker so a separate game. The Wales Interactive FMV Bunker game was well done too and actually started me buying WI games afterwards. I assume the Amnesia: Bunker demo is PC only as didn't see it on PSN last I looked. And yeah, AITD teaser has promise. I still remember playing the original AITD near launchband enjoying it. |

Alone in the Dark is interesting. First I've heard anything about a new one in the works. The series really deserves better. Zombie pirates for crying out loud! Nice to see another modern horror game that's third person besides Resi as well

The sequel to Stasis, Stasis: Bone Totem came out yesterday. Point and click horror adventure. I enjoyed the developers previous work (so actually crowdfunded this one) but not had time to try it out yet. Early Steam reviews look positive but there is a distinct lack of hype for it... Available on GOG and Steam. May end up with a console release in the future (Beautiful Desolation did but the Stasis games didn't)

Hmmm. Amnesia The Bunker is starting to pique my interest despite me not finishing A Machine for Pigs yet or even looking at Rebirth. The trenches in WW1 though... That's really doing it for me.

It's very different from AMFP or Rebirth, for sure. You can actually die again. And what little I've played seemed quite difficult too. |

Yeah I think they are going for a more open replayable experience this time around. Reminds me more of something like Monstrum actually, but better.

Probably 2 because it's a stand alone story and is the most popular. The first one already had a bad remake on the Wii

To be fair, I've only played SotFS and I love the Shrine of Amana. One of my favourite areas from any of their games. The Rat King is the coolest

First version Shrine was fuuuuucking awful, they had drone strike capabilities, it was one of the first things FROM patched.
Not keen on either Rat tbh, one is a zerg, the big one is just manky Sif with adds.
