Still in shorts.
Cycled to the office today and grabbed lunch from the street food market, sat outside to eat and went for a 20 minutes walk during my break.
Amazing.

19 is warm.
To be fair, I wouldn't say it's warm but it's not cold either. It's the optimal temperature.
I'll think about going back to trousers at around 16 degrees c.

Was glad I had a decent tee on for when I de-hoddie'd, instead of the coffee and curry stained white number I had on originally this morn! |

Yep the unseasonable 28-30 degrees of the last 3 weeks has gone. It's around 15 degrees and we got snow next weekend. NICE.

Sydney in October had 34 celcius degree weather 2 weeks ago and 29 is going to be this Sunday

My sister's farm was caught up in the recent fires about 2 hours outside of Melbourne a couple of weeks back. If it weren't for a fast response team and then the flooding on the Tuesday onwards she'd have lost her property as pockets of her land were going up.

Almost two weeks of relentless heat and 90%+ humidity, it's fucking horrible. Desperately need a big rain storm with a southerly to bring in some freshness.
Getting increasingly annoyed with those saying the weather is nice. No, the weather is not nice you fucking simpleton. If it were fresh and dry then yes. Idiots that think sunshine = nice weather, even as they drip with sweat.

I can see where user Lizard is coming from. I've long said that, if it has to be an extreme, the weather being too fucking cold is (slightly) preferable to it being too fucking hot, because when it's too cold you have ways to alleviate it besides turning the heat on. Put on an extra shirt, throw a second blanket on the bed, wrap yourself in a blanket even when not in bed... Meanwhile, when it's too hot, eventually all you'll really be able to do is turn on the AC, and sometimes not even that is enough! What happens if you're in a part of the house that the AC doesn't cover well (or at all, if it's a bedroom and you want to, say, close the door), or God forbid, it breaks down? You'll run out of clothes to take off eventually  |

Still yet to be summer here.
Weeks of rain and garbage levels of humidity. Tomorrow supposed to be 31 but, obviously, with more rain and thunderstorms so it can get to fuck too.
