I was told on my last Game purchase that I need to use any points balance in a non Sports Direct store as the SD Games tills won't be able to process them any more. Guessing this is happening for the same reason as the trade ins.

Heh. I enjoyed how this formatted in a serif on mobile which gave it one flavour, and is Comic Sans on desktop.

Oddly, I've started buying more physical copies of games again after initially buying digital versions at the start of this current gen. I must admit, I would really miss not being able to buy actual discs for games.
Buying a game on Steam or whatever is just not the same. The 20 second whine of the PS5 drive is a bit shit to start with but have got used to it.
Might have a wander down to GAME to see if they have any good deals. I usually buy from Argos or Shopto just out of convenience.

I got the email and was mostly just surprised GAME still exists, I guess the only console we still have is the Switch. But my use of Game died in the early 00s when they basically backed out of PC because there was no re-sale market. I'll always happily remember Game from the 90s though.
