Oh look at fucking Poirot here. I suspose you can tell everything about the case just by looking at a couple of posts on twitter. It may look simple to the armchair detective squad but us in the job actually have to look at and follow the evidence. That tree could well have been running an international drugs cartel involved in complex business fraud. Twat.

In other news detectives have found a note from one Guido Fawkes. He plans to destroy the crooked house on November the 5th. There is some dispute as to which year he had planned to do it.

In other news detectives have found a note from one Guido Fawkes. He plans to destroy the crooked house on November the 5th. There is some dispute as to which year he had planned to do it. Was that accidental?
The Crooked House is less than a mile away from Holbeche House, where Catesby and the other conspirators fled after the plot was discovered.
It is also now empty and at risk of spontaneous combustion.

nah, this is the game - she's still director of two other companies - Earl Shilton Recycling Ltd & AAC Investments Ltd, in the last two years I see she's also been a director of Hensall Quarry Ltd, Roman Aston Developments Ltd, E Taylor Consulting 2023 Ltd, Hockley Green Park Ltd, and a Carly Gilbert also born November 1988 was previously a director of HGV Hire Specialists Ltd
start and leave companies every few months, shift money, liabilities around, hide behind a mountain of paperwork, cut and run and start up again

Resigning doesn't make much difference. Unless the company subsequently decides to burn and demolish something else. (But they best keep their name off of everything like the bank access, ability to instruct staff/customers/suppliers/the accountant/landlord/lawyer, even utilities, if that's the case).

incidentally i'm keeping an eye on a liquidation (extended in-laws tried to scam my direct in-laws, their history involves jail time for fraudulent accounting & FCA forcibly stopping their mis-sell pension transfers to british steel workers) which is coming up to its third year of nothing much happening so I fear we'll not see rapid action until ITV make a drama

Legal friend says this is really unusual for the actual people to be named, rather than just the company. Must be to do with the damning evidence it was arson, for which they were investigated.
