Really good performance, Netherlands were almost completely stifled and relying on set pieces and magic from Gakpo.
When our attack faltered the subs came on and made the difference.

Thought that was a pretty solid performance. First half was good, 2nd half was sluggish but sort of understandable given being a semi final. Holland didn’t offer anything other than at set plays. Good subs, gave us a burst of energy.

Yeah Netherlands we’re pretty poor. Tried to Slovakia us in the 2nd half but we got over the line.
Great to see the subs making an impact. Hopefully Southgate will have a bit more confidence in them now. No doubt Kane will start the final though.

I missed all three goals. Warmed up some hot dogs and onions, served in pre sliced hot dog rolls and it was 1-1. Thought that it was going to extra time and nipped out to get a Snickers choc ice, and it is 2-1. And my Mam said this morning that I shouldn’t lose faith.

Spain have a great press but are really lopsided when doing so, I wonder if Southgate will be brave and start Palmer, Saka and Warkins in attack to exploit that with pace.
