Please someone score in the next 50 minutes. I can't take pens for the third time in a row. You might be in luck

Gakpo has had a good tournament so far. Been impressed every time I’ve seen him. Looks a far better player than the one you see for Liverpool

Gone upstairs to watch the last bit of the match on the ITVX app on the PS5 - Mrs Shark is watching that Dallas Cheerjrader thing downstairs.
Oof. It’s like watching it on a potato.

That was it. I assume. Hard to say watching it in 8-bit.

There’s going to be a shortage of kitchen sinks in Turkey. They’ve chunked them all at the Dutch

It would have been fun to play Turkey, although I don't think we could stifle them like we will Netherlands.

Not going to get a touch of the ball if Spain reach the final but Netherlands are beatable even if/because they’re the most fun team in the semis.

God, imagine an England France final.
The first match in Euros history in which neither team mounts a single attack inside 90 minutes.

Kane is basically our Ronaldo, except he's not nearly 40. Surely he's injured or something. I don't like the bloke but he's normally been great for England. He's just been barely there at this tournaments. What did Bayern do to him?

I don’t think the issue is that Kane has stopped doing what he used to in the Ronaldo sense, its more that Bellingham is doing it instead.
So Kane used to drop deep to recover the ball and move the play up the pitch but this tournament he’s dropping deep and Bellingham is already there collecting the ball and moving it on.
They need to find a way to keep him higher up and ready to receive and hold up play rather than being a spare part in midfield.

Tbf, if you said before the tournament started that the final four were Spain, France, England and Netherlands, then that would have been fair given the quality of players, manager experience, etc.
The football on the pitch didn't quite match up to that, though.

It has felt like a tournament where most teams are playing dire football and advance because their opponents are even worse.
