I know the name Egan. He won it a few years back right? And maybe something at the Olympics too?

Pog could be the best ever to ride a bike if he keep going, hes 24, won 2 TdFs, some of the biggest 1 day races, and a few week long races. He's got a decent sprint from a reduced bunch, can climb with the best and has a decent TT. Vin is completely focused on the tour, a bit like Froome used to be before he turned to an old man shouting at clouds (for 5m a year).

That’s the best TT I’ve seen since Lance at his peak My favourite, albeit very tarnished TT on both accounts, was the Lance v. Rasmussen one where Rasmussen kept over-cooking it and falling off. Such Drama. Next favourite was probably when roglic had his meltdown, which was a shame, but you could literally see him mentally collapse throughout it all. |

Haven’t got round to seeing yesterday stage yet. I’ve had my doubts about Pogacar let alone Jonas. Almost three minutes quicker that WVA? Admittedly he has been throwing him self in almost every stage this tour but that feels…well ridiculously excessive.

Feel a bit bad for Jonas. It was one hell of an effort he put in yesterday, regardless if his urine has the temperature of sun's surface.
But it would be really annoying to have done something clean and get accused of being doped to the gills.
The issue is how far ahead of everyone else he is. Hard not to raise an eyebrow. I still loved yesterday though.

It just stinks, he’s put at least 3 minutes on some of the best time trial riders in the world on a 22k course, he’s somehow gone 10% faster than the specialists? It’s equivalent to Mo Farah lining up for an 800m and smashing the world record on his first go
