When he was announced I thought - as well as being depressingly young for a character who, in my head, is always at least in his late forties - "he's way too skinny, totally not right". But then I saw Tenet and didn't realise till the credits rolled that this is what he looks like now, and fair play, I can buy him as a younger Kraven.  |

It's still an absolutely stupid film to do especially as again the character works best alongside Spiderman. But again this is Sony just trying to make their universe a thing. Venom worked because it's Venom regardless of the lack of Spiderman interaction but all this shit with Mobius and the like is proper stupid.

Since the one iconic Kraven story is Last Hunt I’d have imagined him being closer to Crowe’s age than your boy from Kick Ass. Unless this is a franchise building origin story which feels like a bad idea in terms of serving the comic book character.
I think at this point its probably fine to just have people turn up and say I’m here and this is what I’m going to do then have them do it.

After watching the trailer there was nobody I didn't expect, though I've had a few drinks so might have missed something. But the visuals and tone do suggest something potentially creative and interesting, so I'm certainly intrigued.
