Regarding how jacked superhero actors are, it's interesting that you can chart how the perception of what "jacked" is has changed over the years just by looking at Hugh Jackman (Jackedman?)
In X-Men 1 he's by no means unfit, but by the standards of today's superhero actors his physique would be considered "normal". Then compare that to how he looks in Days of Future Past.
Says something about how the male body standard has changed I guess.

Jackman in the first film probably had the same physique as Crowe in Gladiator. What's amusing is at the time these somewhat burlier, hairier blokes were being seen as harkening back to classic action stars: hairy-chested bruisers from the 60s and 70s, or maybe even the hench dudes of the 80s. But definitely moving away from lither, more energetic 90s action heroes such as Keanu or Nic Cage.
Flash forward twenty years and it's suddenly seen as a bit weird if a leading man doesn't - to quote Michael Caine when he first saw Christian Bale with his shirt off during Batman Begins - look like "the bloody Terminator".

It'll be quite fun if Dougray Scott pops up as a Wolverine in D&W, I think the timeline we're on where he pulled out of the first X-Men, because of Mission Impossible 2, is a better than one where he didn't.

If they're prepared to let that one out a week before the film's release it's going to be interesting to see what they're very much keeping quiet about.
Anyone who uses social media at all are probably not going to be able to avoid today's reveal, it's not just fans going on about it even media like Variety just blurted it out with no shits given.
