They should remake Nocturne with better controls. That was ace. Nocturne was ace. I remember when it came out, blown away by how good it looked, particularly the shadows etc. Same engine was used for the three Blair Witch games I believe. Never played them as didn't have a PC that could run them at the time. Shame. Would like to actually. loved nocturne and enjoyed the blair witch games...shonky as hell in places but the atmosphere was ace

I don't know why I ended up buying Silent Hill Origins on PSP last night, but here we are.. I found my PSP and saw I had Shattered Memories installed, which I must have done at some point.

Origins is alright. Safe but not bad. Shattered Memories is bad

Interesting! I'm currently making my way through the third, having completed the second over lockdown(had it originally on PS2, but never completed it). I don't know if it's the brilliance of the games.. but a lot of the time I have zero clue what I'm doing, or where I'm going, but somehow manage to progress slowly through them.

Phew the puzzles on Silent Hill are fairly confusing. I've spent forever walking around the school... when I just needed to poor on some liquid, to open a hand.. to get a coin..

The Shakespeare puzzle in 3 is fun, especially if you set the puzzle difficulty to Hard

There was a fish in the percolator! Maybe they were Twin Peaks fans.

Silent Hill Ascension, the streaming "game" started last night and yeah it's even worse than anticipated. Somehow got microtransactions and season passes into this, which amounts to priority on choices and spamming emotes during the video. Awful brave of them to put QTE's in the game where success rates depend upon the community getting it right too. One of the worst games of the year:

I don't even understand what's going on in that clip
It's nice to see Konami are taking Silent Hill seriously again though

I mean... It's more Silent Hill, it's brave of them to try something new and -
No. I can't do it. Who the fuck wants this. What a steaming heap of wasted time and resources.

So you pay to vote and then might not even get the option you wanted because more people voted for the other one?

Or it's either those who pay get to determine the story direction while those who don't have little input. It's kinda unclear what way the numbers are split right now. Either way though, what a shit show.

That really is awful.
Still, all the random emotes and stickers bring spammed by randoms really add to the atmosphere.

If that's what they have in mind, at this point Konami should just lean in to the utterly ridiculous and make a Silent Hill Dance Dance Revolution game.
Can you keep up with Pyramid Head's smooth moves?
Well, I've got ten notches on my shoes And when it comes to dancin', I just can't lose
