I'm not so sure, it cost us a penalty today and when it was used yesterday it basically stitched saints up. I think I'm at the stage where they may as well get rid of it when it's not changing the decisions it should be. Either that or just use it for offsides and leave everything else to the ref.

Aye, if you can't call down to the ref and go "I think you've missed a foul there, can you have a quick check" then I really don't see the point. The whole system of reffing in this country has more than a whiff of old boy's club about it, so hardly shocking to see the guys in the van back slapping the guys on the pitch so much.

Despite a decent start to the season I was really worried about today’s game but we’ve played really well. Helped that Son and Dier are back when I thought they’d be out for another week. Good energy and really solid defensively. Think Ndombele is starting to look a bit gassed but he brings so much to the side when he is on song.

It just pisses me off watching other teams now. Wasn't working for Chelsea, Tuchel makes some changes at half time, instant response. Meanwhile we make random subs at 80 mins and pray.

Old news but really felt like the ref was trying to fuck us today.
Ronaldo hits the deck easy but outside of the box he gets fouls for those 2 strong calls.
Shaw's is probably handball most times but he was very close to the player. Also everyone was crying about that kind of decision last season even if your arm is up.
Shite game really. We were very luck to get the win. West Ham are really good. Fair play to Moyeseh

Yeah they look a totally different team, it's great management. I never really paid much attention to him in the other leagues but he's clearly up at the top table quality wise.

He's playing very decent but he's already resorted to his whiney fuck ways whenever someone has the temerity to not pass to him, so it'll be interesting when the goals dry up for a spell.
If any club ever makes a statue for him, I'd be disappointed if it wasn't of him hunched over with his arms out pointing in front of his feet.
