Anyone gone for any of the Internationals on telly tonight? Ronaldo getting himself ready for some United mediocrity the right way here. Portugal are fucking abysmal.

Two very good headers but that's such a blow. We deserved something out of that game the ref was a total bollocks. The penalty should have been overturned but bazuna made sure justice was served. Similarly with a free kick in the 80 odd minute for a handball that was an absolute joke.
Then he had a lovely little laugh with Ronnie over his yellow card for taking off his top. Prick.

Can't take any of it seriously. I get more annoyed with pundits spouting crap - like G Nev claiming there's no strategy to our recruitment. Pretty clear there is - you can disagree with the players signed, or the manager to lead them or if it's even the right approach. But the strategy is clear. |

The worst is Danny Murphy, at least when it comes to Villa. He comes across as very bitter. On MOTD, when Ings scored off the long throw-in, Lineker mentioned we had bought in a throw-in coach and Murphy was like why? Why are there different coaches for defence, attack, throw-ins. It should all be done by the manager. |

I'm already ridiculously excited for the Newcastle game in a week. I can't believe I'm going to see Ronaldo at Old Trafford again.
The last time was the famous Villa game when Macheda scored. I didn't get my season ticket until a few years after he had left.
He might turn out to be a complete donkey in the PL, but I'm going to savour that day.
I don't think we'll win the league but I think we could have a good run at a few of the cups with that squad. Would be nice to win something at least this year, then get the midfield sorted and have a real go at the league next season.

I don't see why we can't just ditch the fucking defensive midfield now, we have "on paper" an attack that should be winning us games now, we should change our midfield to match. That means play VDB instead of Fred by the way |
