It seems pretty obvious they tapped him up, found out about the gentleman's agreement and arrogantly thought it was a done thing. Grealish just feels like a childish fit at not getting what they wanted tbh. As if they really need any more of that kind of player.

My man played a number 10 role before it was cool. The likes of Dodo were straight off to the free agent list so I could sign Kompany, who was the best defender in history before I'd even heard of him in real life.
