And he was talking about the chances of Ten Hag getting sacked before Christmas when the news hit.

Is 'coin' a crypto thing or a Pokemon thing or something else? Either way, we share beer preferences, which comes as a surprise. I thought he'd be more of an Estrella guy. Sending iffy texts apparently

Also seems like Forest are going to meet the asking price for Nketiah, which is great news. Similar to ESR, expect him to do well and justify that fee.

I’m not sure who will benefit from Trippier to Everton apart from his agent and (if rumours are to be believed) Mrs Trippier

Everton are on the verge of having to play Mason Holgate at right back.
Mrs Trippier would be a massive upgrade, never mind Kieran.

Oh no.. Arteta mentioned Sterling in his press conference.
"My time with Raheem was exceptional. We built a really strong relationship together. He was unbelievable at the time we were together. He taught me a lot as well, about individuals, how they, players think, how we support them. He is someone I have really strong feelings about."

Just can't see us paying his wages. I think he's a bit much maligned though.

I mean, I understand his treatment, his camp want to protect him. He may not cause us a big issue, but I think the wages are insane. He's 30 in Dec. Maybe a loan, with Chelsea paying half. Arteta knows better than I do. I just don't want someone coming in moaning he's not starting every game.

Just because he earns that now doesn't mean he will at his next club. Not many people are going to pay those wages in the current market.

Unless Chelsea cover a big proportion, he's within his rights to just stay put (if that's what he wants - may decide to take a pay cut yo play etc, who knows.)

Solanke injured already and out of tomorrow's game.
Didn't miss a single game last season.

If Sterling wants to play every week then he’s got to be looking down the table not up at Arsenal. Although that would be an extremely cushy landing to his Chelsea escape chute if he was happy playing in the cups and coming off the bench.
Plus he’d have an almost 90s Serie A style CV of top clubs and rivals to his name.

I trust Arteta and Chelsea "rejects". The last two have worked out beautifully for us.

We had our fair share of crap Chelsea rejects before the last two, but yes Jorginho and Havertz have been great.
As I said before, I've got a lot of time for Sterling and would be keen on a 1 year loan with us paying a wage contribution commensurate with an experienced squad rotation role within our wage structure (which is probably £100-150k/wk). Could work out great for all parties but I can't see Chelsea accepting that unless they are out of other options.
Can't see any reason for us to make a permanent offer given his salary. If we have the cashe for a transfer fee and a spare £300k a week in salary we might as well offer it to Nico Williams instead.
I can't think of a single player who has willingly walked away from over £100k a week of guaranteed income. He'd be 'losing' over £5m a year for three years just by halving his current salary to £150k a week. Unless he likes deserts, I think Chelsea will have to pay him off with a lump sum or do subsidised loans like they have with Lukaku.

Chelsea are obviously going to be desperate as the window starts shrinking so any buying or loaning club should be able to take them to town over terms now.
Although it would maybe be more fitting if they were left to get a load of points deductions Everton style if they haven’t already cooked their books thoroughly enough to avoid that.

Would be quite funny for Chelsea turning into a feeder club for Arsenal (make a change from Southampton) but I think we're probably at the limit for their surplus players.

So, Fabio Vieira is off on loan to Porto then!

They must trust Nwaneri then.
Hopefully Vieira's loan back home works as well at Saliba's.

Put him on the wing. Remember when we used to have Bendtner on the wing

That's him gone then. There's a player there in the Bernardo mould but has only shown it in flashes.

But surprised by that but then he never looked that assured and it never felt like Arteta trusted him at all.
