I've been looking forward to this since the reveal trailer dropped during that "Not-E3-So-Everybody-Jam-Your-Announcements-In-Wherever-You-Can" weekend.

I thought this was about waking up on a Sunday and still finding some cheese in the pizza box.

Finished the prologue. It is quite short, but fun.
- Art style and animation, excellent. In conversations, the character portraits can change from calmly charming to borderline grotesque, depending on the characters' mood.
- Soundtrack seems funky so far.
- The retro-futuristic setting is a mixed bag. It's got a sort of 1970s grimy noir feel to it, but being set in the 2070s, you'd expect the tech on display to be a little more advanced. It's almost like an alternate universe kind of thing, not quite the Fallout "It's the future but also the 50's" style, but I'd expect a smart phone fifty years from now to look a bit more advanced than just... what we have now. And a London phone box still being around and still using coins in the 2070s? Pish.
- Combat system is cool, status effects are interesting. In addition to a health bar, characters have a "composure bar", and if it drops below a certain level then, when in combat, they can start acting independently of what the player is telling them to do and fucking things up for the rest of the party.
- Some of the stuff in the skill trees looks like it'll be fun to put to use, but the prologue was way too short to really gauge the usefulness of the few skill upgrades acquired.
- From what little I could glean of the villain, he gave the impression of being like a mixture of Trump, and Brick Top from Snatch. Which could be a fantastic mix if pulled off properly.
- The voice acting is dire. They are all clearly Americans attempting varying Londoner accents. They can't decide between 'arse' and 'ass' so use both. Some of their pronunciation is atrocious. One character called another a 'minger' but pronounced it like 'ninja'.
