So somehow Netflix is refusing to recognise the correct password on my daughter's laptop after we changed the password. Have cleared cookies, used a different browser, incognito session and changed the password again. It works on every other device we have. Any ideas?

Different keyboard layout maybe? Try trying the password into notepad to make sure it's definitely right

Apparently one suggestion is to type (not copy and paste) this into your browser: 'netflix.com/clearcookies'.

Thanks, will try those. Except danno's. Whatever that thing is that conventional academia doesn't value, she's got it in spades. She'll be worth tonnes more than us before we die.
