Pre kids I thought myself a bit of a chef. This is one of my better creations. Rare Venison, celeriac puree, fondant potato, chantenay carrots, asparagus and a rich meat jus with juniper, blackberry and bacon.  All credit to clem! Good job fella, looks suitably snooty! |
