I'd destroy that, get some coriander on there too. Your Mrs makes better looking food, or you luck out having the harder to ponce up dishes. I went and bought coriander but was outvoted, she didn't want it in there, wanted to stay true to the recipe she was using. What can you do  She is a better cook and her presentation skills are miles ahead. |

Fried spam is fucking good. You guys are missing out. Here in Switzerland, fleischkäse (literally meat-cheese) exists, a similar sort of thing. It's also a terrible mix of fat, hooves and eyelids that should be illegal. Swiss food isn't something to be valued. |

Had to improvise with cut up chorizo slices. It was a shovel meal, y'know one hand for the one bowl another for the fork.
Yeah eco is right, it wasn't supposed to be paella - just looks it!
