I had two Crispy Pancakes on buttered baps for lunch, which was an elegant alternative to fish finger sandwiches.
Dinner was a turkey mince pie I knocked up, which included stock, white pepper, onion, a tin of mixed beans and puff pastry.

You may as well not take them out the box, the texture will be the same. I know all too well because my partner is a nostalgia fiend and convinced me it was a good idea. |

Wanted to keep it simple with ham and cheese toasties but we have no cheese slices, plenty of grated stuff though. Might have to slum it.
Got a big weekend as the boys birthdays are Saturday and Sunday so we will actually venture out to pick up some Indian for lunch which will be extra filling. A light snacky dinner and then Sunday, Crepes for lunch and Raclette for dinner. Not to forget lovely home made cakes. Going to be full on.

A bit of a hotchpotch an ex introduced me to about 25 years ago, pitta bread with a filling of Philadelphia cheese, salami, toms and some decent cheddar, salt and pepper, delish!
