Also breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so that's the thread that should be stickied.
Anyway, for my tea tonight I'm planning on getting a nice pizza from the local Italian restaurant which is located, rather oddly, in the middle of an industrial estate.

It's a legit family-owned Italian restaurant that's been there for years. Maybe they couldn't find another location? It's weird.
Anyway, it's walking distance for me, and the pizzas are banging.

Slow cooked beef brisket. Finished on the BBQ. Served with tacos.
Fucking ace. The sauce is to die for. There, I said it myself.

I discovered sriracha seasoning today. Made some steakhouse fries and gave them a light dusting after I took them out if the oven - wow.
I'll try mixing it with cornflour and coating some tofu in it tomorrow. Will report back.

Singapore fried noodles and sweet and sour prawn balls. The prawn balls were the best we've had, crispy, not greasy but a nice softness to the batter at the same time.

Yes, we all do, but what is it exactly that you're having.

Yes, we all do, but what is it exactly that you're having. Corn flakes obviously but with a ghost chilli dusting.

My breakfast is just coffee.
On occasion, bacon or pancakes. Maybe a doughnut if I want to treat myself. But I never need more than the coffee to fill me with energy for the day.
If I'm on vacation, I'll have some fresh fruit and prosciutto. That's a lovely treat.

I think I'm going to slow roast the lamb shank I have in the fridge today. In some rosemary and garlic.

Legitimately planning to open a Greggs knockoff here in Murica with a bunch of british mates. We already contacted them and enquired about what it would take to start opening franchises here and they weren't interested so fuck em, we're just going to knock them off and be the mcdonalds of sausage rolls.
Savory pastry is just not a thing here.

I've never understood the Greggs thing, local bakery's sell stuff far better and for about the same cost yet plenty of people rave about Greggs.

There were times when, offered the choice between a Greggs and Army packed lunch (AKA "Horror Bags") I was tempted to just go hungry.
Usually, we'd all end up eating both.

Thinking of doing some breaded chicken breast and making a garlic, parsley and butter sauce to go over it, bit like a Chicken Kiev but not sure if the kids would like that so they can choose to have it with sauce or not. That's my plan, I'm hungry.

Variety, branding, do local bankers do cheese and onion pasties plus veggie sausage rolls, plus sandwiches, sausage and bean pastie etc.? Don't get me wrong, I much prefer a good local bakers...
