A shameful chicken nugget wrap with peri peri sauce. It's a proper "break glass in case of emergencies" dinner and absolutely needed today after going for a country walk with the kids and finding the pub we ended up in not serving food due to Covid.

It's acceptable if it was the purple garlic peri peri.

Salmon. Turned out pretty good. Crispy skin and medium rare in the middle. WTF?! No sausages? Are you okay mate? My therapist said no more sausages.

Salad cream is an abomination.

Have you ever tried it in a curry?

It was lush though. And was a Nandos hot sauce iirc, with a dash of creme fraiche.

Today my mom came home in a bad mood (I don't know why) she asked me to do her a favor tomorrow morning, a favor I hate to do. But even so I accepted,
there was no dinner

A delightful cacio e pepe was on the menu tonight. Like I’m a hipster from 2017.

After the successful smoking of beer can chicken, I'm attempting to smoke my first Brisket.
Fingers crossed I don't fuck it up.

Making a beef stew in the slow cooker, but started wayyyyyy too late, so won't be eating until 10, unless I abandon that idea in favour of fosh fingers, onion rings and salad

Cavelo Nero broad bean stew. I voted for Indian takeaway, I lost.
Had nice slow cooked bbq brisket at lunch though so guess I shouldn’t be a pig.

Beef Bulgogi with rice and chicken wings (some spicy and some peanut butter). From a Korean restaurant and it was sublime.
