They’re just tasty and here in the Venetian region there is cracking stuff, unsurprisingly Switzerland where I live isn’t the best place in the world for seafood so I’m taking advantage  Do they eat Lake fish and stuff in Switzerland? |

Yep, most commonly perch fillets which are ok but half the time they aren't local as there isn't enough fished to meet demand and almost every restaurant makes them the same way. Of course you get ocean fish and seafood as well but it's not as fresh and varied as in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal etc. |

Having the Thai place again as it's Mrs Fox's b'day and it was her request. I'm currently trying to bake a cake from scratch and it is going better than the last time at least which is known as the 'fish cake' incident. Was lovely. |

Or 4 fried Birds eye fingers with 2 extra on the side, in tiger bread with tomato, bit of lettuce and your choice of sauces plus a cheeky sliced gherkin? |

The best cake I have ever made I'd say, I don't normally bake from scratch or much at all but this was very good. Not as good as the missus' but owed it to at least try. Recipe 225g flour 225g sugar 225g butter 4 eggs 2tsp baking soda I also believe having a fancy Kitchen Aid mixer and steadily beating the mix with that for 10 minutes makes a large difference. |
