A version of Space Engineers that looks decent rather than a polygonal equivalent of a Ceefax page, and runs smoothly instead of the screen-tearing, memory-lagging mess it currently still is after a decade of updates.

A Jackbox style game called "Charlie Hunnams' Wheel Of Accents"
Requires a microphone accessory. When your turn comes up, the wheel spins and randomly lands on a selection like "Byker Grove", "Sons Of Anarchy" or "Whatever the fuck that was in The Gentlemen"
You have to try and match your voice to the waveform of a recorded clip as best as possible, points for closest match and also player votes.

A crossover game between Sonic The Hedgehog and Warhammer 40,000, where collecting all the Chaos emeralds opens a warp rift that causes daemons to spill out into the Green Hill Zone.

Superhero Simulator.
Well, really, it's more like a Batman simulator. It's a strategy game where you basically play a Batman-like hero with no superpowers. You have to create your "Batcave", researching and building different tools. You would earn a kind of currency by completing missions, which would be simple top-down/sidescrolling affairs, and which you could automate if you fancied. This would let you expand and improve your base.
The hook would be that depending on how you designed your base, it could change the sort of hero you were. You could spend all the "money" on your suit, making you a kind of Iron Man. Or maybe you'd build big crime computers, leading to a more cerebral, detective type game. Dojos would make you more of a brawler. I guess if it's not Batman you can get guns.
But there'd be moments where you could choose a path - eg deciding to become a recognised deputy of the law, or maybe investigating reports of a crashed UFO or mystic temple - that could change the tone of the rest of the game. So you could end up basically as an Adam West Batman, or a Christian Bale, or even the "sci-fi closet" Batman of Grant Morrison books. The world is your lobster.

Will The Fucking Bus Turn Up
Game where the difficulty curve is heavily skewed against the player, and can frequently become a walking simulator.
Advanced weather simulation system that sees the players' movement gradually slow over time as their clothing becomes weighed down with rain water.
