I'm paying nearly Β£150 quid for Sky at the minute and realise how ridiculous that is. My main justification is the 4k football is lovely and my eyes deserve it.
Think it was Kal that said you can get 4k football with IPTV.
I've googled it but it throws up all sorts of shit.
So thought the hive mind would help here. Basically what's required to get started, set up tips and packages to get.

I believe Twitter and Telegram is your friend here. I have looked into in the past but you're basically paying a load of crooks.

Just to find the links generally. Then most things are dealt with on Telegram and the like.

This is big business out here Always thought that it is the type of thing you can do yourself for free if you know what you are actually doing just need an android box or roku thingy and set up with kodi. Went so far to download the kodi thing but it all seemed like a massive faff so can see why you may want to pay a provider.

I signed up to "Vision streams" a while back. It's all done via an invite only Discord and all quite cloak and daggers for obvious reasons, but I've been happy with it.
Β£50 for 12 months. All the usual Sports and PPV. They have a catch up section, 4k movies, etc. You're not tied to using some android dongle thing if you go for the cheaper tier you are provided with a user/password and a URL to use whatever IPTV app you like.

I've just read your 4K football bit. If you're going into it expecting 4K live broadcast quality you'll be disappointed with all of them. I'm as much of a pixel peeper as the next nerdo but you are going to settle for price and convenience over 4K live broadcast quality.
That being said, the DAZN streams are 60fps which I much prefer over regular broadcast.

Not looked to see if the Repo's and add ons are still going though. With the coat of living, I may need to rethink. At the moment, I pay Β£15 a month for BT sport and Β£10 a month for Nowtv sport, shared with a mate.

I used it for a while but it was just too flakey. It always seemed to go down just as a football match / grand prix was about to start and I just got fed up with it in the end.
The fact you are basically funding organised crime was always in the back of my mind as well.

Yeah, tbh, it seems like a lot of hassle just to put money in the pockets of some incredibly dodgy folks. Especially when nowadays with a VPN and some blocking software (AV etc), streams are mostly reliable and perfectly watchable.

If everyone is fine with wearing clothes made by Chinese child slaves then they might as well enjoy some cheap football.

Seems faffier than I thought it would be so far and the reliability bit from Saint puts me off.
I'll have to look into it a bit more.

The easiest way for sports only is to find someone selling cloned/generated DAZN/NBC Sports accounts. They are bang on but well dodge still obviously

All I'd want it for is footie.
Wish I could just chuck my club Β£25 p/m for legit streaming of every match and be done with it, rather than paying Β£100 p/m for half of them and a ton of channels I never watch.

Be careful what you wish for. I have that with Celtic but the co-commentator is horrendous and output is only 720p

I thought when Amazon got some games that there would be a bigger push towards legit streaming but that looks years off.
Maybe Disney will be the ones to do it.

Well I don't, we used to have Freesat for UK tv until the towns electrics blew the transformer on our dish so we go without UK tv. For football I use DAZN.es and honestly a VPN and sub may be a good way to get the football, in Spanish mind you. It's only 12 euro a month. Before that I used to just use acestream and stuff like that for the footy but the heady days of wiziwig are gone and it was getting harder to find good streams.

Yeah, VPN and DAZN/whomever provides Japan/NZ etc is also the way to go. Risk is you are giving them cash and may be blocked for breach of terms of service. Plus, the need for a VPN rules out a lot of TV apps.

Is Chris Sutton the commentator? Nope, John Hartson is often an analyst though:) It's Tom Boyd, sounds like the clueless drunk old guy down the pub, it's astonishing how bad he is.
