Terry looks cool, because of course he does. His mark of the wolves costume must be costume 2. And Punk finally gets his evo title. To be honest it’s been a long time coming and he’s the easily the most dominant player who hasn’t won it. Great finals. EndingWalker being 3rd is an incredible result too. Heihachi for Tekken 8 is crazy! Man that is a genuine surprise since everyone was expecting Marduk. And that reel afterwards with Harada saying last year “Heihachi is completely dead” - masterful trolling. But surely the coolest thing all weekend, at least for this nostalgic bastard, is that for the pre-finals “song” they did for each game, they got the same rapper back to do a 3s remix - and it’s great: youtu.be/BNsz7_5BCtg?si=Bh8drnb-c83xHrf9 |

Punk's win was definitely deserved. He's a genuinely solid player and has has some great performances in other competitions. And to take that last round after a sizable life deficit too!

I thought about that but I think SF6 faces are kinda weird in general but it's just their art style. But yeah the animation work in this game period is exceptional. I often forget how much of it is actually mocapped. It's crazy that now we're at a time where a CvS3 is very much a when not if just like another MvC game is an eventuality. Crazy ass times. |

They even have the EO version in the collection and Shin Akuma and God Rugal are playable.
