So playing as most the Daemon factions turns out to be quite dull, or at least on Hard. You end up in attritional battles with your one note army, constantly re-fighting the same opposing one note army.

Realm of Chaos is just a bit bad, the patches they've implemented have addressed a lot of the issues that were in at launch but there's no way to fix the fact that it forces you in to a very narrow playstyle ruining any replayability. New lords will likely forego the souls race mechanic like with the Vortex DLC lords in TWWII but I'll likely never play RoC ever again after the Immortal Empires launch. My body is so ready for tomorrow and even the previews talk about decent performance which is million miles away from number 2 launch.

The actual proper launch is tomorrow - immortal empires

Goodbye other games, good bye sleep, goodbye world.
It feels like I've waited 5 years for this, ever since Warhammer II launched and hinted at the promise of a huge combined map

I've gone rogue and started a regular campaign as Valkia the Bloody

I found it really stressful picking my faction and then checking where they start on the map. Feels so good so far and exactly what I wanted after waiting all these years.

Hopefully CA can concentrate on sorting the DLC pipeline and the game in general now Hyenas is dumped.

Hopefully, although with the shit-headed decisions they've made lately wouldn't be surprised if further development if WH3 is canned.
The excellent post launch support WH2 received was an aberration and not typical of modern CA.

Champions of Chaos and Forge of the Chaos Dwarves (also Immortal Empires) have all been excellent post launch additions.
They're going through a difficult phase now of filling in a few missing things from the factions. As the only other big factions you could add (digging back into ancient Warhammer lore) would be Araby(Arabia), Nippon (Japan) and Ind (India). Which they would need to spend ages doing that in a non-racist way like they did with Cathay. Other than that it's adding bits and bobs here and there or polishing up old factions.
Only other thing I can think of is going full End Times and bringing in Nagash.
