But it was part of disclosure. If you aren't scrutinising what you're supplying to the claimant to ensure that a) they're entitled to it and b) you aren't criminalising yourself on unrelated charges you are reckless at best.

The limit in Texas is double the compensatory damages plus $750,000, so that will get brought down. But the jury clearly wanted to tell him fuck you you slimy cunt. Imprisonment is the only thing that will work to any degree
I'd rather he holds out for all of these cases to resolve into judgments and then has that MASSIVE heart attack his face has promised for a decade, and his executor has to pay up.

Half expecting a shootout between the secret service and the FBI. I assume that if they're raiding, the DOJ is onboard to prosecute whether or not they find anything? From what I can tell, the entire thing has shifted focus to him exclusively in the last few weeks and they're just building evidence against him at this point. A partial aside, but as of yesterday, Jones' phone data is in the hands of the J6C. It would be pretty awesome if it prompted the raid. I haven't looked to find the specifics, but I recall Jones saying something along the lines of him having arranged, with trump, prior to the 6th to lead the march to the capitol and meet with trump inside. But the shit probably said it for clout, so who knows. Ed: Found something: He then claims the White House asked him to lead the march to the Capitol.
