It makes it easier for me to imagine you all sleeping if I know what you're actually sleeping in but feel free to also use this as a thread to recommend quality gentleman's nightwear, cool race car duvet covers or helpful sleeping tips (yes, wanking)
I usually just sleep in my underwear. Extra layers make me uncomfortable in bed but I need a nice tight pair of pants to keep everything secured into place. The cold weather also has me in woolly socks and a t-shirt
I've also been wearing earplugs (well it's basically blu tack you stick over your hear holes) to help with my noisy neighbour problem, which I have found quite helpful
When I can't sleep, I tend to just lie in bed thinking about how I might go about destroying the world and get revenge on anyone who ever wronged or slighted me in some way until I get bored and fall asleep
