He was arrested for doing something else a month or two back, right? *checks article* yep.
That said 'obstructing a business' is a really oppressive law that pretty much allows the Japanese police to stamp out all protest, etc.. It seems to get employed very frequently, often in response to protests.
Business is god in Japan, so you'll probably get a bigger punishment for obstructing a business than killing a kid or dodgy sexual offences.

My biggest one is Robbie Savage and it did slightly radicalise me. When I was living in Birmingham, I was waiting for my mrs outside a cafe on new street at the town hall end and heard a loud noise. It was Savage driving his Ferrari down a fully pedestrianised street. He just abandoned it diagonally across the road front of me and went into a travel agents with his Mrs. After a while, I saw him come out, grab the parking ticket and just chuck it in the back of the car. He just drove off, tooting at people to get out of his way as he tried to navigate back out. It really hit home that fines just make things illegal for poor people.

It’s the stories where they’re unexpectedly nice that I enjoy. This one might be my favourite.
“Having a coffee in Jeremy Beadles house one Sunday morning (I'd gone to pick some furniture up), he rolls in about 10am absolutely steaming from being out all night and proceeded to host a quiz while his wife cooked bacon sandwiches for us. Mental. Lovely bloke though.”

Maybe the laws need to be narrowed, like a "don't be a cunt" law.

I have some doubts about the Vinnie lift one but hope its true. Not him being a twat but the guy giving the sarcastic response.

Absolutely nothing. I know very little about her as a person, she could be one of the loveliest, kindest people in Hollywood. I don't even necessarily think she's a bad actress either. I'm not usually the type to really care about actors one way or another (as long as they're not awful people) but I just find her intensely irritating and will actively avoid watching anything she's in - I fully acknowledge that my reaction is weird and irrational and I make absolutely no excuses for sounding like a total fanny. I dunno, call it 'bad vibes' or something. I do enjoy occasional rewatches of Demolition Man *despite* her presence, but I'd much rather she wasn't in it. Wife thinks I'm harbouring a secret crush on her - but no. GOD NO.

Does that mean you don't watch the classic 'The Bus that wouldn't slow down' because she is in it?
Also Miss Congeniality is great.

I also don't understand why you wouldn't have a crush on Bullock. Especially Demolition Man Bullock.

Does that mean you don't watch the classic 'The Bus that wouldn't slow down' because she is in it? Saw it once, when it very first came out. Have not watched it since. We were spoilt for choice when it came to action films of that ilk back then, so I'd rather just rewatch one of those. I'm fully aware of how weird it sounds. Some people have a phobia of spiders or clowns, mine seems to be Sandra Bullock, heh.

I don't dislike them, but I find actors with gigantic mouths a little distracting.
Cameron Diaz and Julia Roberts mainly. They both look like someone was testing the limits of a character creator's mouth slider and just hit save with it maxed out on wideness.

Started reading the Rhod Gilbert one thinking how disappointed I was about to be, then he turned out to be just as nice as you’d hope. So that was a relief.

second Stephen Fry who was once grumpy while in the same corridor as me (to be fair, this was not celeb-grade grumpy, just regular human stressy day grumpy)

I literally ran into Lebron James in a New Orleans hotel (he just said woah sorry and continued on his way), then nearly crashed into Mark Cuban (who just said excuse me) shortly after.
Need to work out which celebrity I need to collide with next.
