hiya, folks
just wanted to pop in again to say a big thank you for the help you've given me through the gofundme - it's certainly steadied the ship a bit while i get some of the other shite sorted out
by way of an update, they've now reviewed and sorted out the meds, hopefully, and added sleeping tablets in the short term which will hopefully allow me to recharge a bit - just waiting on whatever therapy plan they choose for the way forward now

Hope the meds help mate. I've found sleeping pills have helped at least give a few hours of blackness amidst all the insanity in the past. Keep taking whatever steps forward you can and hopefully they will lead you to a much better place. Take care.
