I still remember making eye contact with Peter Kaye (and wondering where I recognised him from) in HMV in Hanley when I was a student in 2004.

It's just occurred to me that you probably get a fair number of teenage girls in Pizza Express so it's not the best of alibis even if it were remotely true.

It is pretty funny. That whole interview was ‘there, that will shut them up’. The fucking idiot didn’t even think that him turning up to pizza express would likely be the most notable thing that ever happened to the people who work there.

So Andrew's team has uncovered the settlement that Guifre and Epstein agreed, which says that she can't sue anyone associated with Epstein, and claimed this as a slam dunk.
So they're saying that they *are* associated with Epstein in order to apply this settlement to their case? Am I the only one thinking that could backfire?

Also it's worded to be in effect from 'the beginning of time' or something like that. So Andrew can do a paedo Doctor Who and go and nonce up kids throughout the ages.

He eats Pizza Express to initiate time travel. Having lived in Woking for a few years I can believe that there is at least one wormhole in town

Eh, not really. You could pretty easily spin it as "two overworked guards didn't pay attention, fucked up, then tried to cover their tracks so they wouldn't get in trouble". Though on the other hand, they do look pretty shifty in their court pics. The cold-blooded murderers. They weren't "overworked", if you read the case. In fact, they were goofing off the entire time, which was part of why they were charged. I don't think they were even underpaid. These two goofs being assigned to this ultra-high-profile obvious suicide risk prisoner and managing to do nothing but play with their phones, surf the net and so on whilst he killed himself literally 15 feet away, and then getting off with basically zero consequences? I mean, it's quite a thing to happen, and it's not actually routine or typical of US prisons, low as their standards might be.

This sounds vaguely promising in terms of the case going ahead.

Oof, that judge has no time for Andrews lawyers. "Next point" in response to one of their complaints.
They really are throwing everything at the wall, trying to throw out the extended statute of limitations that NY has as it's unconstitutional. Yeah sure, burn the whole system down for a British Prince.
The judge really hit the nail on the head with the point that this settlement agreement was secret. How was any other persons supposed to enforce that if it was secret between Guifre and Epstein?
Oh and also it was signed in florida, so a different jurisdiction.
Christ.

C4 news said that the photo of handy Andy and Virginia was taken in London. When she was 17. So legal, then?

Right but she saying she fucked him in different houses and states in USA. Also on the photo, he says it isn’t a real photo and he says it has a fake / “he has no recollection of this photo ever being taken”. But yes that is in London.

Yeah, I'm not saying his defence should be "I shagged her but she was legal".

Not sure it was the best idea to draw inspiration from the UKs covid response strategy for your legal defence

Yeah, I'm not saying his defence should be "I shagged her but she was legal". It kinda feels like it is to an extent as in "I don't know her but if I did shag her after I had went to Woking Pizza Express it was definitely legal."

Poor Andy has had to sell a chalet to cover legal costs as Queenie isn't willing to pay. Ha! And this one comment about a chalet led my squirrel of a brain all over the internet. I stopped it when I realised I was reading an Oprah Winfrey article about Sarah Ferguson's debts. Time to close the internet and do life things.

In a jubilee year as well. Palace will be doing everything they can to distance Queen from it. This must be as close to disaster as they can get.
