A friend of a friend has one of these 4GEE WiFi Mini things and it has died. I believe it is still under contract, but there is no real support path for these things that I can see. Obvious first port of call will be to speak to EE and see what they have to say about this. Does anyone know what they do if your device is dead? Can you just buy a replacement device in an EE shop? Or do you have to pay for another contract? Any advice gratefully received.
