And watch the behind the scenes stuff to see how terrified Dougray Scott was filming that. You can hate Tom Cruise, but the later MI films are perfect entertainment and endlessly rewatchable. I hadn't seen a MI film since the first one when I was a kid. A lite while Fallout was on TV and I was glued to it. |

I've been with my partner for 7 years now. I knew she wasn't a huge film fan but I was shocked at the amount of 'classics' she hadn't seen. Here's a few examples; Terminator 2 Jurassic Park Saving Private Ryan Goodfellas Alien & Aliens Pulp Fiction Blade Runner Gladiator The Shining Shindler's List Silence of the Lambs Lord of the Rings Seven Toy Story Home Alone That's just the tip of the iceberg - I'd honestly say she hadn't seen around 80% of the IMDB Top 100. It's been great rewatching all these films though  |

I didn’t mind the first one. I saw it on a long ferry crossing with Gone In 60 Seconds as an unofficial double-feature.
I’ve not properly watched the later ones in sequence so just dip into the chaos when its on tv.
I thought Gone In 60 Seconds was the better car theft movie.

First one is ok for a car caper. 2 and 3 are quite average in comparison. 4 onwards is when it gets proper crazy and silly. They are definitely worth a watch.
