Yeah, feel this is unwinnable from this position. I know there's a long way to go but it feels so inevitable.

Aus v Windies looks like a great Test Match.
I've only watched the highlights of Day 1 and 2 but it's rocketing along, great bowling from both sides.

At least we're putting up a bit of a fight. The result still seems inevitable though.

Been busy this morning...just checked the score at stumps. That was unexpected! Full on BazBall I assume?

Well this is turning into a test match! Love how you just can't rule this England team out.
Pretty sure the bowling is too weak to defend whatever is set, especially with Leach looking injured. Another seamer that could have taken advantage of some possible reverse and uneven bounce would have been handy, just not sure Hartley, Ahmed and Root will really trouble the Indian batting lineup. They play better spinners on worse pitches from youth cricket upwards 😂
Still, amazing fight with the bat by Ahmed and Hartley and maybe this last innings is where Ahmed announces himself? (He'll finish with 1-69 won't he?)
But Pope. Wow. What an innings.

Test Match Cricket. Genuinely don't think there's a better sport for such prolonged knife edge drama. It's sensational.

Test Match Cricket. Genuinely don't think there's a better sport for such prolonged knife edge drama. It's sensational. Plus this England side under Stokes and McCullum is probably the most entertaining side ever. Every match is always in the balance regardless.

I thought India may have chipped away and got away with this, not looking so good for them now.
edit: finally a stumping that didn't require a review because it was obvious.
What a result.

Amazing finish. Brilliant bowling by Hartley but Pope surely deserves his POTM.

It would be great to have the Windies back in the flow. Used to love watching Courtney Walsh and Curtly Ambrose bowling in tandem.

Always been a fan of the Windies; many of my early cricket-based memories involved watching those incredible bowlers steaming in and scaring the shit out of batters like Alec Stewart. Test cricket needs them to be regularly doing what they did to Australia yesterday.

Does feel like we might be a seamer short.on this pitch. Jimmy is just such an absolute superhero.

Nice to see India being put under some pressure today but I don't think this pitch is good for 400+ batting last against Bumrah (the ever-living).
