It's a free (ish) forum that neilka has kindly thrown together for us. I suspect he has other things to do that Ponce about with plugins that make marginal improvements. It's fine as it is, even better than EG in some ways already. I'm sure if he has time he'll look at it, but if not, it's no Biggie.

Two things are annoying me at the moment, not sure if either are solvable with plugins, or even if the first one isn't a problem on my end.
1. Clicking the New icon on a thread doesn't go to the next new post, but just the top of the page with the new posts.
2. Any external links are redirected through redirect.vigilink.com, and it gets blocked by my ad/tracker-blocking. Could this tracking intermediate (which I assume is the only reason it's there) be removed?

So it seems to be working as intended. The solution for your second point is probably to simply allow that site in your adblocker. I can take a look at it, but I doubt it's doable with a plugin. Those big arrows at the bottom right of the screen look really naff. I'm going to ask neilka to remove them. I already sent him another plugin with the same functionality that puts the buttons into the control bar up top. |

That's cool but implementing half-arsed plugins for every little whim someone has for everything is going to turn the site into a monster. The quick scroll does negatively impact the usability of the site for me overall for something that already has a solution that you can't be bothered to use Or, alternatively, if people have suggestions for plugins that might improve the usability of the site, it might be worth trying them and seeing if they work. The Quick Quote option is really handy. The issue with the jump-to-top one isn't the basic idea, it's the bugs in the implementation. |

But seeing as you used your keyboard to type that response, not sure what the issue is using the dedicated keys to do the job you want the plugin for. There's no key for quick quoting

So it seems to be working as intended. I fiddled with some settings in my blockers, and now it works Some script that was blocked I assume. |

Yeah it's great! Thanks. My mind seems to have a weird blind spot when it comes to that sticky top menu. I didn't even find it for a week, and I'm only now realizing that that's where the Top and End buttons have moved to because of reading a comment here. I thought they'd gone entirely.
Don't suppose that plugin allows the Top and End buttons to be added to the bottom pages bar as well? *bats eyelashes*

There is an app - tapatalk. The following has to be done for it to work:
“Your forum needs to be added to the directory before it will be able to be searchable on tapatalk. You can add the forum to the directory via your forum's settings.
admin > settings > forum settings > directory”
