In my twenties I used to imagine me doing my own late night talk show in my house. Basically my dad would be the doorman, mum would be catering, my sister would be Scooter from the Muppets and my brother would stay in his room and not come out.
I even had a theme tune - to the tune of Guns n’ Roses Mr Brownstone:
“I got up around seven,
Now we’re ’bout to go live,
Now I’ve gotta go talk to some people,
This is my chat show life…

Mr *actual name redacted but it scans*

It didn’t happen. And I blame my brother.

Thats the real title. I think I’d prefer to be Hate Crime Champion than DV Champion though. Take the Richard Herring Liberal Racist broader brush approach.
