Just look outside the video frame and it should be pretty obvious.
Another clue, this was a default pack-in game for more or less every PC from 93-95.

Here's one that I hope isn't too challenging for Decks I completed this on my first go. My mother, who'd just paid Β£50 for it, was not impressed
I also got Robocop 3 at the same time which was near impossible, so it kind of panned out
