Incubation was a fancy 3dfx game.
When I think of Brimble I think of Team 17 and this almost looks familiar but not sure...
Other random RTS guess is Z but I don't think that was isometric.

It's not incubation. Came out 2 years after. It's also real time, not turn based. But it is a squad based strategy game.
