I will give a hint before I go to bed and check the thread in the morning. The game was released in UK/Europe, it was on an 8 bit computer and was a cartridge exclusive. Released by a company who used to be really big and is still around today.
If that isn't enough I will release the full screenshot too

I'd say it looks really like speccy but i can't think of any released games that were exclusively on cartridge. There again i never really saw any cartridge games so that doesn't say much.
Doesn't look C64 or Amstrad or BBC/Acorn, maybe MSX? If so i have no clue. They were mythical machines at the time.
No idea, mainly because cartridge exclusive part has thrown me.

Ok, I will show a regular stage screenshot in full (the original was from the bonus stage). I guess the MSX was really unknown here. My neighbour had one as a kid and I wanted one over the Spectrum I ended up with (in hindsight it probably worked out for the best).  |
