@blue_Mike (Nevermind the tag, forum's just refusing to make that b into a capital letter. Again) The best selection yet I have to say!
ToomuchFluffy If you want to correctly tag someone, you must write the username as it is registered not as it is displayed. Hover your mouse above the user (if you are on a computer) and a tooltip will reveal the registered username. In Mike's case, that is just " bluemike" (no quotes) so writing " @" and " bluemike" will tag him correctly. In your case, the registered and displayed username are the same, so " @" and " toomuchfluffy" will suffice. Thanks, I didn't realize that the registered username is the relevant one.

The Eyes of Ara This is a graphically simple game, but I like the look of it. Pretty old school too, while it's fully 3D you can only move between hotspots. I think the only game I've played that controls like that is 1953 - KGB Unleashed (Phobos 1953 originally). Takes place in a soviet bunker. Story and atmosphere were captivating, though puzzles could be obtuse sometimes.
Quake 2 with RTX is such a strange-looking combination...

Got inspired to take some snaps of MyHouse.wad, the GZDoom map that's caused quite a stir in the Doom community of late. It's best experienced spoiler free, so proceed at your own risk.

It is. Feels kinda eurojank though. I don't have much faith this will turn out to be actually good. But hey, can't be worse than AITD 2008 anyway.

I made some shots of different ships to show off the variations there are in NMS. There are basically 6 classes of ships I've encountered so far, and they vary in stats (damage, speed, jump range etc.), and within each class, the models are built from random parts, which allows quite a few different combinations.
Shuttles are the allrounder ships, and also the ugliest ones, with a blocky cockpit that is haphazardly bolted to some engines and sometimes cargo containers, with tiny winglets stuck to the side.
Fighters have bonus damage ouput and are probably the ships with the most amount of different combinations I've seen so far, although most look quite similar in overall shape. They have about 6 or 7 different "bodies" and a lot of different wing combinations and can also sport a handful of different engines.
Transporters are the largest ships and also have the most cargo space. They have two cockpit types that can be attached to the main body at different heights and can even sport an asymmetrical layout with the cockpit offset to one side. They also sport a lot of different wing setups and at least two different tails I've seen so far.
Exploration ships have bonuses to jump range and have an insectoid style. They often have strange vertical "wings" and frequently come in asymmetrical configurations.
One special class of ships has solar foils, which only unfold in space and give in-system travel speed/efficiency bonuses.
And the other special class is exotic ships with really strange shapes, for example like the one below.
There are also living ships, which a player can grow themselves, and sentinel ships, which are kind of hijacked robotic ships, but both I've only seen at the anomaly space stations and haven't made any screenshots unfortunately.
Personally, I fly the green fighter ship seen in two screenshots of my previous post most of the time. Stats aren't extremely different between the ships though, you can easily hunt pirates in a transporter as well.

Patriotic Front - The Norkening
Up to four of them can be recruited. They have never heard of personal distance, so they tend to constantly block the player. They can be really helpful though. Even if just to draw fire.
Weather shifts are subtle and well done.
Nice atmosphere when creeping around in the night.
Brady too fat for this staircase, but not for the next one. Parkour could be a bit inconsistent and not always reliable.
Still not quite sure what these actually do. Apparently just alerting nearby soldiers. Possibly also doing some spawning.
Went to cover after throwing a Molotov.
The bloom can be blinding from within buildings, which is an interesting tactically relevant detail.

I honestly liked the narration more than the gameplay as it quickly gets somewhat fiddly, but it will come down to how much you like playing around with vehicle creation and physics.
But yes, literally making FUN to use as a currency is what you are mostly doing during the playtime.

It's so brown that the health and mana orbs look really out of place.

Taverns in RPGs can have a really good feel to them for this exact reason.

Was I the only one in the universe who actually liked the look of that initial more colourful design for D3?
Speaking of colourful, Psychonauts 2:
