Wow how was it the show only lasted 4 years ? It was never off the TV when I was growing up (in my mind). I would have guessed at least 8 or 9 years.

Derek Draper, Kate Garraway's husband dies after long Covid battle. Aged 56. Heart attack in early December. I saw the Beeb's obituary on the lunchtime news earlier, I had no idea he was fairly well known in his own right (a key strategist or advisor for New Labour). He didn't come across great in it either, more recently being kicked out of politics basically for creating a website to deliberately smear or spread rumours about Tory party MPs and associates. |

My wife was telling us the story of the time she babysat for Sinéad O'Connor's son. I haven't the heart to tell her he took his own life I'm sure it had nothing to do with the babysitting. |
