Is it a bit more than Lock Stock 3.0/Snatch 2.0? Not that I didn't enjoy those but they're enough on their own, for me I don't think it's on par with either Lock Stock, Snatch, or even Rock'nRolla. It doesn't have the humour of any of them, the subplots are somewhat weaker, although the cast is absolutely stellar and you get to hear Colm Meaney pronounce the word "murdering" in the way that only the most Irish of men can. |
