I don't know the fella, and can't speak for what's going on in his own life, but one thing I would have thought is that personal training etc would be a no brainer.
I work a busy job and try to squeeze the gym in at lunch, and while I'm not in the public eye, it's important for my long term health to be as fit as possible.
For that reason alone, not even including his career, I don't understand why he has, from the outside, become so unhealthy

You could maybe send him and tweet and ask him how he feels about being a big fatty now I could, or I could just somehow adjust his appearance in all his movies (via HACKING) so his mass represents his current physique, thus acclimating myself to his appearance. I also have never had, or will have a Twitter so I don't see a way of contacting him besides hoping he's featured on an episode of Nothing To Declare trying to smuggle a giraffe's neck through customs, and for some reason he states his current telephone number. |

I can't say I'd ever heard of Paul Reubens but RIP in anycase, FCUTA and all that.
I have wondered though, setting aside any beliefs in an afterlife, if you actually end up in hell, rather than spending the rest of eternity in agony with a stake up your bottom perhaps it's actually spending the rest of eternity in debauchery? That would surely be the devils ultimate two fingers up to everything that is good? Though I suspect spending eternity in debauchery could well become some kind of hell too. Hmmm
