I like to nosy at what other people are wasting their hard-earned on.
I've just treated myself to a Super Console X Pro. I've got a nice Wii U retroarch build, I just find using the thing a massive faff. I'll throw it on Fleabay and it'll make me the £90 back I've just spent on this.
I don't generally pre-order, but as it's out on Tuesday, I've also just ordered Cruisin' Blast.

I own a Super Console X pro. Bought mine a couple of months back now. Overall very happy with the device. The interface and menus etc are all excellent and it looks polished. It plays everything up to the PS1 era very well. Anything after that can be a bit ropey, i.e Dreamcast, N64 will play but there will be issues such at visual and audio stuttering. I use my 8bitdo dongle connected and then play wirelessly with my PS5 controller which is very nice. Certainly cant complain for the money.

Also just bought an Series X on Amazon today. Will sit nicely next to my PS5 
Got it mainly because of Game Pass. Getting sick of dropping £50 - £70 for titles on PS5 when they are on Gamepass (i.e Psychonauhts 2)

See that looks pretty cool. How does it actually work with regards to games though? As in, where do you source them, how easy is it to get them running on it etc... I have no idea how these things work. |

Got mine from a Chinese seller on AliExpress.
You have to wait a few weeks, but its generally cheaper. Although you do take a risk if there is an issue and had to try and return it.

It comes pre-loaded and already set up with the games. Just plug and play.
My super console x pro came preloaded with about 50,000 games. It was up and running in about 5 mins of taking out of the packaging.

Ooh that Monkey Island set is sweet. If that had been console, it may have tested my 'do not buy limited tat' rule.
I wanted to buy Espgaluda 2 on the Switch later. I've just had a look on the shop though, and there's a new version of Boulderdash, with the original included. I'm stuck now.
Really enjoyed the X360 version years ago, though even in the classic caves they'd altered the physics to be a bit kinder. Wusses.

The Limited Run stuff is quality. I bought the Streets of Rage 4 Collector's Edition on the Switch as shown below. They do a lot of games I've honestly not heard of. I don't want to look into them too much in case I decide to buy. No Xbox stuff, just PS4, Switch as PC.  |

Most people are idiots. Every game I have tried works. Sometimes, some of the MAME and arcade games don’t boot, but you just go into the options and change to an emulator that does work. This is very easy to do and you can save the config on a “per game” basis. As for the games that don’t run well, these will mainly be anything after the PS1 era, i.e Dreamcast and N64. You DO NOT buy this device to play post PS1 era games. People just don’t do their research and expect a little box for £70+ is going to run everything without issue. For what you get for the price, it’s an amazing little device. If anyone has any questions about it, I will do my best to answer them. |

Yes these all work fine.
As mentioned, the odd MAME game may not boot, so you may need to change in the settings the emulator that it uses for that game. Easy to do though.
The Super Consolse X Pro would be perfect for the systems you want.

I have no idea how these things work. Yeah like Rich says it's pre loaded. I actually wiped mine and put on custom firmware and added the roms back. It is really easy. I had some issues with Amiga and THFourteen kindly shared his zipped rom file. It was complete full of artwork and vid clips of all the games. |

Amiga stuff? Ah man I'm quite keen actually. Yeah, it plays upto PS1. It actually plays a couple of N64 games perfectly as well. Big one being F-Zero X |
