Two more platinums for me. Corpse Party: Blood Drive and 428 Shibuya Scramble. In typical Japanese fashion, these are a real chore. The games themselves are fine, especially 428, but getting the extra trophies requires so much repetition and trial and error, I can't believe anyone would try and do it by themselves. Thank god for internet guides.
I can see myself replaying 428 some day, that was a fun ride. Corpse Party probably not.

Just the one more for me, Little Nightmares 2. It was enjoyable enough despite some of the more frustrating parts and for some reason I was struggling with the depth perception at times.
Think I preferred the original game.

Horizon Forbidden West is my latest. A pretty chill one as you don't need to 100% a lot of activities (only one survey drone needed, win 2 matches of machine strike etc), and I'd got most of the trophies throughout the course of the game.

Yeah, it's pretty much a mop up exercise at the end. Definitely one of the easier plats out there. Just a bit time consuming depending on how much you've already done before the credits roll.
Just be careful with the missable trophy for scanning every machine type. There's one that's only in story missions and then one right at the end.

Cool. They don't mention the other missable part though, so presumably just made it so you can't miss the last one if you die and don't scan it again on your next attempt.

I've been going on a platinum binge. Currently doing God of War, as I beat the Valkyries in 2019 (which was insanely hard for me) but I could never be arsed to do the collectables, as the map is so frustrating to navigate.

I’m tempted to go for the Platinum on Returnal.
I’ve basically done everything along the way to completing Act 3 apart from the Biome survey trophies for 2, 3, 5 and 6. (1 and 4 are done.)
The internet seems to suggest that is somewhere between a welcome reason to keep playing the game and an interminable grind.
Anyone done this and have any thoughts / advice?

I got the platinum for Fallout 4 yesterday.
Very enjoyable game, particularly as I visited Boston back in the spring.
First fallout that I've completed as well.
Now pondering on what to play next...
Go back to Deathloop, buy Returnal, or wait a bit for MH Rise.

Was a little disappointed that there's no plat for The Pedestrian but as you get all the trophies from just completing the game maybe it's not too surprising.
Not that I'm complaining that you get a plat just from finishing Telltale games though.

Sifu now puts me on 13 platinum trophies.
Completed it yesterday and decided that maybe the plat was possible which it was. A good excuse to play it again but now I think I'm done with it.
Wonder if we will get a Sifu 2 or something similar.

Grabbed the platinum for God of War: Ragnarok the other day, was a hefty challenge but loved it. That's number 11 in total, and the first one for about a year. I don't tend to worry too much about trophy completion but when I get close enough I do try and do it if I've not grown sick of a game.

I think the only platinum I've got is Spider-Man. I managed to do it mostly during the main game, so it ended up only taking another 2-3 hours of mopping up after the titles rolled. The game felt so good to play that I really didn't mind just swinging around tidying up the last few POIs on the map.
I've been meaning to do Bloodborne as well. Started to a few months ago, but ended up distracted by other things. Really should get back to it.

Got Hogwarts Legacy last night. All collections and having to do the opening two hours of the game another three times was a ballache. The rest was great!

I have 1383 trophies, and not a platinum among them. It seems like time to change that, so I think I'll start my third playthrough of Sekiro once I've finished the Witcher and BioShock DLCs - two endings to get, plus four other trophies about which I know nothing, and it'll be my first-ever plat. Sounds doable!
EDIT: I think it's actually three other trophies, as one of those I'm missing is the platinum itself.

Elden Ring Platinum trophy done!
My 25th Platinum and definitely one of the more satisfying ones to achieve. I’ve never really tried for a Souls Platinum before, but this one wasn’t actually too bad - most of the trophies just come naturally from being thorough with your exploration (for the gear collecting ones) and beating the main bosses.
I did have to cheat a little by restoring my save from a backup in order to get the three different endings on one play through, but really, that just about saving me many many hours of doing NG+ and ++ runs just to see those short ending sequences. I did all the actual gameplay steps required legitimately!
Anyway, I’m very happy to add that to my list and definitely recommend the game. It’s by some distance the most accessible Souls game I’ve played.

Got the Platinum for Final Fantasy VI the other day, wahey! Planning to go for them all on the Pixel Remasters.
Only two this year, the other being Theatrhythm Final Line so two FF Platinums, bosh!

It depends on how much you do during the playthrough. You can unlock map upgrades for all the collectibles, so it's just a case of running around the planets and picking everything up, and completing the Force tears, getting all the bounties, and a few combat-related trophies (which are all pretty simple).
It took me a few evenings but I didn't find it particularly difficult, and it highlights how impressive and maze-like the map design is.

Cool, cheers for that. I’ve put the Ragnarok platinum on hold, got stuck/pissed off with the last berserker. I do want this plat as I got the previous one on the PS4. But LoZ is calling to me. I need to finish this and plat it pretty quick.
