What on earth have the Torygraph done to deserve Sunak's ire?
Do we know who actually is invited? Will it literally just be Mail, Express and GBeebies? Spectator, maybe?
Edit - Guardian live blog saying that Crace has now been allowed in. Seems they must have backtracked on this.
I do wonder what the point of barring a journalist is though. They can still watch it and still write an article on it. Being in the room or not isn't going to massively change what they say. It's not like journalists are going to be able to ask questions.

Apparently, the room is going to be a lot emptier than expected because a load of people have already fucked off to get ahead of the train strike.
Its an absolute circus.

I think they're banking on the public being thick as shit and falling for their ineptitude for another 13 years.

Sunak just reading a shopping list of things that will never see the light of day, to a room of clapping seals.

So disappointed seeing Yvette Cooper's response to Braverman's speech yesterday, in which she basically said Braverman wasn't doing enough and didn't bother to call out any of the fash-y undertones.

Looks like the Tory West Midlands mayor Andy Street is going to quit, his team has announced a press conference this afternoon.

Is it just me that feels the cigarette ban thing is a bad idea? I see a few of the really vile Tories looking to vote against it, but I can't help but feel like siding with them on the issue.
As disgusting as I find smoking (and particularly disgusting when it is being done by kids), I can only see celebrations of this news coming from those that are glad that they will have a new revenue stream on the black market. Yes, I'm sure you could attribute smoking to a large proportion of health issues, but this isn't really going to help the NHS until a number of years to come. Plus, if you are using that argument, alcohol surely has a much, much bigger impact.
More generally, I feel that we are already too stringent on drug use and that we should relaxing rules. I certainly think marijuana should be legal (even though I have no interest in using it myself) and I don't think I can really hold that position whilst also saying cigarettes should be banned.
I would much rather see them go tough on the companies that produce cigarettes and make them reduce the crap in them. Also, look at vaping and make sure those products are marketed as health products that help treat nicotine addiction, rather than as luxury products that have weird fancy flavours. Taking those routes would surely have a much bigger impact on people's health and more immediately.
